There is no doubt that our original inspiration for this Coltrane design belt came from the classic look of a wingtip shoe. Over the years we came up with multiple iterations of this design before putting it into cold storage for a while. This season is it back in a new guise, where we have taken a soft, tactile pebble grain leather and layered it over a contrast tone suede. The 2 different leathers blend together perfectly and are further embellished by the stitching detail which varies in both tone and thickness along both the edges and inner detail. We chose to pair the belt with this lovely slim special silver finish buckle with its sleek ridged edge detail. We like how the horizontal edge detail matches up with the internal lines of the belt, giving the belt a nice sleek finish. The end result is a belt that is eminently stylish and really versatile to wear. Pair it with leather or suede shoes, denim of course. A belt that will always show your attention to detail and desire to stand out, subtly, from the crowd.
